Cancellation Policy

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, give a 24-hour notice in advance in order to avoid re-payment of the deposit AND/OR cancellation fee. You must utilize the booking website to make any changes to your appointment, such as rescheduling or canceling since text and calls are not a guarantee of any changes. Deposits: They are NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be transferred IF you give more than 24hr notice. If you cancel the appointment within the 24 hours, you must resubmit a new deposit in order to book again. Cancellation fee: If you cancel within the 24hr window, you will be changed a 50% fee of the full service. Home services/Travel fees: NO travel fees within 10 miles of Dollish Polish Nail Studio. If there are parking fees at your desired location, it will be included in your service price/total. Anything outside of the 10 miles will be an additional $3 per mile. Dollish Polish policies: NO EXTRA GUEST - this doesn't apply to at home services, I only ask that kids do not touch the cart I'm working with for safety and sanitization purposes. Arriving late: I only allow a 15-minute grace period for Korean Lash Lifts & brow laminations, otherwise the appointment will be canceled, and treated like a same day cancellation. Arriving late to a facial will cut into your appointment time and will end on time - full service amount will be charged. Rescheduling: You will only be allowed 2 opportunities to reschedule, or you forfeit your deposit. This will allow Guest who are more consistent with their appointments the opportunities to get the day and times they want/need.
