If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please give a 24-hour notice in advance in order to avoid re-payment of the deposit AND cancellation fee. Arriving late will limit the time of the service/treatment. The service/treatment will end on time so the next Guest will not be delayed. The full value of the service/treatment will still be charged. Rescheduling: You will only be allowed 2 opportunities to reschedule, or you forfeit your deposit. This will allow Guest who are more consistent with their appointments the opportunities to get the day and times they want/need. Deposits: They are non-refundable and can only be transferred IF you give more than 24hr notice. If you cancel the appointment within the 24hrs, you will not be refunded and must resubmit a new deposit in order to book again. Cancellation fee: If you cancel within the 24hr window you will be changed a 50% fee of the FULL service.
